Now I have learned more and clearly understand the principles behind diversity and inclusiveness and how it is being practiced by some companies and/ or leaders worldwide. And it is indeed a relief to know that effort towards this is now being done in Dubai both in the Public and Private sector arena.

I would say that Dubai Knowledge Village Breakfast Club and the HR professional members have done a great job in making such forum on diversity and inclusiveness last 11th September 2007 a resounding success. In fact people who have the vision and values of diversity and inclusiveness can further propel any business entity and organization to succeed in all areas by utilizing human capital at the utmost.

Kudos to the Dubai Knowledge Village Breakfast Club, and I look forward to more initiatives on diversity and inclusiveness here in Dubai and the greater GCC region!

The Breakfast Club introduced and promoted by Dubai Knowledge Village is an excellent idea for professionals to network and share their experiences. For me, it was a great opportunity to get to know many experts in the field and I was very glad to share with them thoughts and experiences.  Not to forget to congratulate the team for their intensive efforts to organize such a professional event and make it successful.

The Dubai Knowledge Village Breakfast Club was brilliantly organized and executed.  The people in the room were really interested and lively, giving good opinions and insight into the topics raised.  The questions were challenging and stimulated an excellent discussion about the development of HR within Banking and Finance, especially given this region’s nuances.

The gathering was a valuable opportunity for HR reps at the Oil & Gas industry to meet with providers of Education & training at the KV and share insights on common HR challenges facing the industry today. Shabir added that the discussions were very interesting and the meeting provided a platform for making connections between the various participants to identify areas of collaboration

The Breakfast Club provides an excellent platform for networking among the professionals in the HR métier. Such gatherings permit us to share our experiences and knowledge in this field. As the market is most pressing and most demanding to have the expertise among ageing population it is very important that we group all our resources to make it a ‘pool of talents’ so that we can optimize all available human resources and have a pragmatic view vis-à-vis the market and the field

The Dubai Knowledge Village Breakfast Club was a very good opportunity to network and also share valuable thoughts with like minded professionals.

I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful breakfast event hosted by Dubai Knowledge Village.  Facilitated by an energetic and professional master of ceremonies and with two interesting and qualified speakers I found the presentations engaging and worthwhile.  Additionally I thoroughly enjoyed the various networking opportunities both facilitated and informal.  It also goes without saying that the venue was wonderful and the catering really hit the spot.  All in all a very worthwhile investment of my time – Thanks to all involved.

Dubai Knowledge Village Break fast Club is an excellent platform for all members to share their respective experiences and to keep updated with best practices and challenges of other organizations within the community. It also facilitates and activates networking amongst members of the DKV and with other organizations within the region in a very professional and friendly environment.

Your forums & business meetings give us an excellent opportunity to learn, share & develop our business practices as well as give us access to resources that would only be available to large multinationals.

Thank you for holding yet another successful event, which I have found to offer more than addressing the issue being discussed by the panel of experts.  The opportunity to meet people from all sectors and industries offers a snap shot of what is the happening in the Dubai and UAE market, in addition to learning from the past and finding methods of avoiding challenging situations; we also get an insight of what will be happening in the future. 

Top all that with the chance of meeting and networking with the ‘who is who’ in the city; I definitely look forward to attending future events.

Dubai needs open and transparent event like the KV Breakfast Club, it was very entertaining, educational and straight to the point.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the event.

First, the pre event process was well planned and effective; initial notification, simple on line registration
and several well timed email reminders.

The venue location was excellent, right next to DKV and in a 5 star hotel. The event itself was properly structured with
a panel discussion followed by Q & A.  But what was most entertaining (and informative) was how open, frank
and insightful  the discussion was, something that you don’t always see in Dubai. I was especially impressed by
Sultan Soud Al Qassemi and Marios Maratheftis.  The moderator Naser El Tibi did a splendid job and he was
articulate, polite yet persistent and obviously knew the subject.
 
I have been to many seminars and conferences in the region and this was one of the best. Keep up the
excellent work.

Suggestions? Just make it longer and not just half day; I didn’t want it to end!

It was my great pleasure to attend the Dubai Knowledge Village Breakfast Club. This event provided me with a good opportunity to over look the current economic situation. Dubai Knowledge Village provided us with a good platform to meet other business people under one roof.  The special panel discussion which was conducted by leading economists, leads us to make better decisions with clear economic positioning. The Breakfast club event was very impressive and informative.
 

The programme held was excellent and threw light on the various methods to combat stress and perform.  Would welcome such programmes in the future too.  Dr. Ceri Evans and Martin were such good speakers and could provide guidance and solutions to the common problem of excess pressure to perform both in our personal and professional lives.
